CASDA Owner / Director
Ann, a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, moved to Little Rock in 2003. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2005.
Since 2018, Ann has been a registered dental hygienist at Heathman’s Family Dental, where she focuses on promoting health and wellness through quality dental care.
She is also passionate about teaching, having served as a dental assisting instructor for several years. This led her to become the director of NWASDA & CASDA in 2018, where she supports dental students across Arkansas.
In her free time, Ann enjoys traveling, staying active at the gym, and spending time with her family.
Instructor
Linda Robin brings over 25 years of experience to her role as a dental instructor. Throughout her career, she has worked as an RDA, CDA, insurance specialist, and office manager, developing a deep passion for the dental field.
Linda lives in Morrilton, AR with her husband, Nelson. They have two daughters, Heather and Aimee, and five grandchildren, who are the light of their lives.
In addition to her professional work, Linda and Nelson volunteer with Remedy Road Rescues, fostering animals in their community. Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and vacationing at the beach.
Licensing Doctor
Dr. Montgomery "Monty" Heathman, an Arkansas native, earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas in 1997, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2000.
After relocating to Little Rock in 2010, Dr. Heathman worked as an associate dentist before opening his own practices: Interdisciplinary Dental Therapy PA, Heathman Family Dental, and The Dental Clinic in Stuttgart.
He and his wife, Kelli, live in Roland with their four dogs. They have a son, Zachary, who loves football. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Heathman enjoys golfing, fishing, and supporting the Razorbacks. He is committed to providing excellent care and building strong relationships with his patients and peers, guided by a philosophy of respect, integrity, and understanding.
